100 TORAH PRINCIPLES ON LEADERSHIP, SUCCESS & LIFE

As my Rabbi taught me.....

1. We are going to have to lead this generation through “Instruction” and not just “Confession.”

2. Failure is not the absence of success—failure is the neglect of the “attempt.”

3. Yahweh [God] created ALL THINGS to succeed—this means you.

4. Leaders are chosen to “prepare” the next generation.

5. If you do not focus people “Forward” people will “focus” on “You.”

6. “Humility” in Hebrew means “Strength, under control”

7. Traditions, with no Holy Spirit are lifeless.

8. When we damage people—we violate the Torah’s “moral order.”

9. We tend to become very prideful—the more “religious” we become.

10. A Mentor is someone who has already experienced all the pain of what you are going through—and can speak into your life.

11. A non-motivated Leader will never motivate and lead people.

12. Nothing in life is instant.

13. Nothing that you have done—is connected to your potential to come.

14. Whenever you declare you vision—your enemies will declare their position.

15. Make it a point to not die—without seeing your potential accomplished

16. True Leaders possess a horizon perspective and frontier spirit.

17. Al Leader who knows who He is—does not depend on others to validate His self-worth.

18. Leaders NEED recovery time—marriage time—and family time.

19. The calling of YHWH [God] comes from YHWH and YHWH alone—when you get ahead of Him—you move into poverty, lack and decrease.

20. Order is the accurate arrangement of things!

21. Whenever you give your gift away for free, you allow people to abuse your gift.

22. True Leaders never forget where they come from—and always try to develop people.

23. True Leaders are always aware that they are nothing more than a “link” in a much longer historic line.

24. Never allow a second or descending opinion when you have given a direction.

25.  True Leaders do not compare success against others, but only with His own purpose and vision.

26.  People who visit your enemy, have become your enemy.

27.  When people address a directive that you have given, and you allow them to speak to something you have already put in motion—you are promoting their rebellion!

28.  If you are not willing to stand alone in your vision—not many will be willing to stand with you.

29. Leaderships greatest challenge is handling other peoples expectations.

30.  True Leaders transcend personal comforts to be available to comfort others.

31.  The man who is impatient with the weakness of others—will be defective in his leadership.

32.  Your destiny will make a way for itself.

33. A true Leader hates what Yahweh [God] hates

34.  Courage, according to Torah is resistance to being mastered by fear—not the absence of fear itself.

35. Wisdom is a combination of discernment, judgment and fact.

36. Whatever you do not pursue—you will certainly not inherit.

37.  Wisdom is the ability to make use of knowledge effectively!

38. When you have tasted the possibilities—it is difficult to settle for impossibilities.

39. Direction always follows a tremendous response.

40. A Leader is someone that can see beyond what everyone else is looking at.

41. Instruct people to not be critical for Priests cover, not judge.

42. If prayer does not proceed your study—your study will end up being flesh.

43. If you are instructing—you ARE leading.

44.  If you can inspire—you can mobilize.

45.  Make certain that you maintain only WISE associations.

46.  Create for yourself and environment that YOU like.

47. Create for others and environment that they would love to be in.

48. You cannot conquer Kingdoms, if you have not mastered yourself.

49. Present the Shabbat: as it is the key to rejuvenation.

50. Leaders are ordinary men—who do extraordinary things—when circumstances makes demands on their potential.

51. In the presence of fear—if you do not contradict it—you will become it!

52. Whenever you feel paralyzed—find a mentor to speak faith into you.

53.  The only way to make it through problems is with the assistance of a mentor.

54. When we raise our personal character level—we protect all ministers—then and only then will people come to our defense.

55.  When Yahushua sends you—He will make certain that He brings it too pass.

56. A person may not have had Rabbinic Tradition—but all people had A religious tradition [Drugs, alcohol, sex outside of marriage etc.]

57. Whatever Messiah immerses Himself into—results in life.

58.  Crisis means promotion!

59.  Descent ALWAYS proceeds ascent!

60. If you tell your dream too soon—you will inadvertently release your vision.  This will result in your enemies having an early opportunity to oppose your vision.

61. Potential is not what you have accomplished—but what you have YET TO accomplish.

62.  A loss of confidence can kill you.

63.   Bitter root judgment is drinking deadly poison, hoping others will die.

64. Torah is your purpose—your destiny—it is how your were designed—you were designed to win.

65.  Purpose determines potential—loss of confidence can derail your potential.

66.  Our purpose determines our natural ability—religion will take you into poverty.

67. Purpose determines capacity and ability—instruction was given to give to give away.

68.  Purpose determines natural talents—anytime Yahweh [God] wants His vision out—He writes it down.

69.  Your purpose determines your natural abilities.

70. Your purpose determines your fulfillment and personal satisfaction.

71.  Your purpose is the source of passion.

72. Your purpose gives your existence its meaning.

73.  Problems connect you to people who have already solved the problem!

74.  “Favor” in Hebrew takes you out of the present realm—and takes you into the future realm.

75.  Our Elohim is a God of Order—and Order is the accurate arraignment of things.

76.  Crisis simply means promotion from one season to another—seasons are assignments—you are assigned to people because the instructions within you are not for yourself---but for others.

77.  Fear is Yahweh’s [God’s] way of allowing you to recognize that He is present—Fear is NOT the absence of God but the absence of direction.

78.  The number one rule in ministry is “keep moving.”

79.  Debt—is a sign that your heart will not receive instruction in an area.

80.  A “need” has to present itself for you to recognize the “benefit.”

81. YAHWEH [God] has placed ELOHIM ((His ultimate power)) within you—everything in His universe has been made to OBEY Elohim---what can stand in your way?

82.  Torah acts like software that facilitates creations obedience to YAHWEH in your life.

83. True success is God’s constant  concern for his children—as your success is God’s glory!

84. Creation is pre-programmed to obey Torah’s principles.

85. Everything YHWH gives us—we can USE or ABUSE

86.  The words DYSFUNCTION and DISORDER in Hebrew are the same as the word for RELIGION!!

87. The enemy desires to steal our creativity!

88.  Wisdom is concentrated information—this is why we honor the grey hair ones—who have “concentrated information” accumulated from a long life.

89. YAHWEH causes us to NOT suffer the same dysfunction of our Fathers.

90. Torah is packaged wisdom.

91. Waiting produces patience—and patience is the seed that will produce the desired results.

92.  When you are before people you are assigned to—you will “pass right through them” even as Yahushua did.  However—when we are before people we are not assigned to—we will be blocked.  It is like water—when you pour water on your body—anything that resists you—has to go over you.

93.  Fear causes you to shrivel and die!

94.  Whatever you think about –will go before you!!

95. Comfort—sets the stage for creativity, favor and blessing that YHWH wishes for you to have.

96.  When a child is born—YHWH says “I am planting you to solve many problems for me.  “Youth” in Hebrew, means “Future!”

97.  Whatever is on the outside of a teenagers body—is an exaggeration of what is inside of their parents.

98.  The commands of Torah will expose what is happening in the realm of rebellion in a persons life.

99. What you say comes near you, what you hear you repeat and what you write down comes to pass!!

100.  The “Seed” of Torah is the only determinate of our future.
