            --Mt. Hood Community College,  Winter 1999 to Spring 2002, Ariel worked as the research assistant to Dr. Naomi Abrahams, Chair, Department of Sociology at Mt. Hood Community College.  Ariel studied “Community Responses to Domestic Violence,” “Race and Gender and Domestic Violence in Oregon.”

            --Portland State University, Fall 2002 to June 2004, Ariel  worked as the Research Assistant to nationally recognized Hate Crimes Expert: Dr. Randy Blazak, Associate Professor of Sociology at Portland State University.  Ariel worked with Dr. Blazak on his “Prison Odinism Study” which was chosen for PSA Convention Presentation in 2003; “Hate Crimes and Hate Group Research;” and Dr. Blazaks  upcoming “Criminology Textbook;” and His ongoing work in “Deviant Youth Subcultures.” Portland, Oregon.

5. Graduations

--Certified Rabbinical Trainer, International Center for Torah Studies of Simcha Torah Beit Midrash in Denver, Colorado.  Graduated and was certified in 2005 by Rabbi Ralph Messer while receiving "Smicha" ordination in a Televised service in 2005 at Beth El Congregation in Oregon.  Ariel has been a certified instructor of ICTS material since 2005.

--Portland State University,  B.Sc. in Liberal Studies with a minor in Sociology; Graduated Cum Laude.  "Cum Laude" means “with Honors” and is one of the highest academic awards that can be bestowed on a student.  Ariel was able to present a framed copy of his College Degree to his Father which is one of the proudest moments of his life.

--Capella University School of Business and Technology, M.B.A specializing in Marketing Communications. Ariel was on the Deans List and maintained a 3.88 GPA in the Graduate School of Business and Technology.

6.  Current Secular Study

--Currently Ariel is taking classes earning his Ph.D in Operational Management from the Capella University School of Business and Technology.  Additionally, Ariel's plan is to complete a Dual Doctorate Degree Program, the first in Operational Management and the second is a Juris Doctorate Degree from Law School.  This Ph.D/J.D. will take at least 4 years and Ariel expects to be making his Thesis defense and publication and taking the Bar Exam by 2013.  Following successful completion of the Ph.D/J.D. Ariel hopes to teach at the University of California or one of the other fine Schools like Pepperdine or many others that are in Southern California.

7.  Religious Education

            In 2003  Ariel began studying on-line with the ICTS® (International Center for Torah Studies) in Denver, Colorado.  ICTS® features distance learning with one of the finest Messianic Torah Programs in the United States.  The Senior Rabbi at ICTS ® is the premiere instructor of the Torah to the nations and actively teaches the Church about the Hebrew Roots of the Christians Faith.  The ICTS® Senior Rabbi has been able to teach the Torah to such notable Christian Bible Teachers as Rev. Kenneth and Gloria Copeland of Kenneth Copeland Ministries of Dallas, Texas; Bishop Dr. T.D. Jakes of Dallas, Texas; Minister Paula White of New York;  Bishop Dr. Keith Butler of Detroit, Michigan; Bishop Dr. LaSalle R. Vaughn of San Antonio Texas; Bishop Dr. Dennis Leonard of Denver, Colorado and many more.  Ariel became a personal mentoring student of the Rabbi and He was Ariel's mentor in Hebrew Roots Ministry from 2004 to  early 2007. 

            Ariel's gifts as a teacher continued to grow and he eventually became an Instructor with the International Center for Torah Studies® of Denver Colorado.  In September 2005 Ariel received the personal “Smicha” of the Senior Rabbi in a televised service broadcast from Portland, Oregon. 

            Ariel has completed over 300 classroom hours of Hebrew Roots Rabbinical Training and Instruction in Messianic Judaism and the Hebrew Roots of the Christian Faith.  This is similar training to the M.A.H.L. [Master of Hebrew Arts and Letters] of Traditionally Trained Jewish Rabbis; and the M.Div [Masters of Divinity] program of Christian Seminarians.  In addition, Ariel has completed over 300 more hours of continuing education with ICTS® through  their “Let it Rain” and “Gideon 300” series teaching.  Ariel averages over 100 hours of continuing education per year through ICTS® continuing education classes online.
